GO2 BANK is the most useless entity that tries to call itself a bank. I lost over $3000 to this so-called bank. I sent in the complaint’s only to have them say it was my own fault that I was frauded. I warn anyone trying to use this Mickey Mouse outfit they try to pass off as a bank. I give a double middle finger to this empty service and record trying to pass off as a bank.

Horrible I cancel my card and paid it off. They keep sending I'm late to my credit. I called they said I can see where your account was paid off and closed. But it keeps popping up late. Brought my credit score down over 70 points worst card ever

My debit card info was stolen by a scammer in England, so I had to buy this card at my local Walgreens while I waited for my replacement debit card. I put $100 on it at the initial purchase so I had gas for the week and three days later, still no money on the card. Customer service was of absolutely no help at all and acted like I was the fraudulent one trying to scam THEM out of $100. DO NOT BUY.

This is the worst prepaid card I have ever used. Once your money leaves your card rather you approved the Transaction or not they do not care. This company is super unprofessional and noone seems to know what they're doing. Complete scam alert! please avoid this card at all cost especially if u have kids and shop online. They block places like the childrens place but will give your money to strangers smfh.

Go 2 bank is garbage. It's all Indian scammers. They can hardly speak English. I transfered money and they said our systems is delayed if you don't see the funds please call is back. Whaaaat? I better receive the funds wym?? Don't use this piece if Sh!t app

Absolutely the worst customer care I have ever dealt with! These people have been playing with my money locking my card, sending me fraud messages and then I go to call and I can’t even get into talk to somebody?? $1500 a week gets deposited directly in my account but I can’t withdraw at all I have to move money to the credit card and get a cash advance and charged extra every time if I want cash the worst bank card company around with absolutely no customer service! Ask any question you cannot get an answer these people don’t use their own bank card, why not?? Because they know The place that they work for GO2bank sucks!!!

Horrible just horrible!!! This is a short term last minute choice type of card. If you have a dispute make sure you do not have direct deposit or any large amount on card when going through a dispute. First you have to write a letter for a dispute to even start! Secondly card is locked and it says it will be locked for only two business days but it has been OVER A MONTH my card has been locked!!! No one to talk to verbally only chat. I’m just highly disappointed in the services. Never again!!! Not a long term card at all. Think before depending on GO2BANK!!! Waste of time, patients and money..🤮🤮🤮🤮
