Be careful. It seems that this bank does not take fraud very seriously. I have never requested to open an account with them but somehow received a debit card in the mail from them. I called them in order to report the fraud and provided them with the information that I knew they already had (name, address and card no.) but initially they would do NOTHING!!! and simply disconnected the call. Called back again and was disconnected as soon as another human being answered the phone. It took a third phone call to for the person to actually register the fraud and block the account (so she said at least).

The app wouldn't log me in

The worst customer service based in India. They ignore what you are saying kept declining my transactions and I had sufficient money in my account. Requested to speak to a supervisor and the agent refused. Called a second time requested to speak to a supervisor and supervisor came on the phone and ask me for my last name then to spelled it. Then he said you are not giving me the correct information ignore what I said and hang up. Will be closing my account after this. This card sucks

If I could take stars away, I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They had to freeze my account and send a new card every time there was a fraudulent purchase. Like 10 days I couldn’t use my money unless I went to Walmart. And even then $200! Do NOT use this joint

For this bank card to be prepaid it has the most fees for things that other cards don’t. All this card does is take your money and keep it. There is no one to transfer money to any other account but ApplePay and for that they charge you a fee. Not the same fee every time but a different fee each time sometime up to $15. I don’t like this prepaid card because of that.

I been tryin to fix the problem for 3 days now and Go2 customer service is terrible they can’t speak English there phone service is all static and can’t here them for three days now I been trying to deposit a check and it says we’re experiencing technical difficulties try back again later still not working I spent hours on the phone with customer service and the problem still exist. I will never use this bank again and there customer service is the worst customer service that I ever worked with. I recommend not to use go2 bank

Opened up a credit card with them wish I never had. They never gave me any credit now I owe them over $300 for a credit card. They never gave me credit on so make that make sense. They are robbing people and destroying people’s credit. Please go to a real credit card company if you’re looking to get a credit card, don’t even use them to build your credit. You will regret it.

Horrible rude customer service. They don't help just very rude. The first time I got a problem.
