Run FAR AWWAAYYY!!! If "Account Now" recommended this bunch of Thieves to you then Shame on THEM! Don't fall for it. I was am "AccountNow" customer for over 20 years. Then - they tell me their closing up shop and "here's a nice new card and bank for you!" Ha! Not so much. All the CSR people both on CHAT and EMAIL and PHONE cannot even hardly speak ENGLISH. They are reading something off some computer screen. Often their answers don't even MAKE ANY SENSE!!! Just stay away from this Garbage Company people. PLEASE.

Deposited $500 because I went somewhere with cash and they only accepted cards. Went to Walmart, bought the card, and they would not let me use my money until I uploaded proof of who I was. Four months later, I’ve uploaded all info they have asked for and waited late I tell for my card. They tell me my personalized card was used and all the money gone. “Someone took it from your mail”. Put in THREE disputes which they keep declining and they won’t tell me where these transactions took place. Not even sure what to do at this point except an attorney. But I’m out $500 and NOT HAPPY. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I have my debit card main account where my social security is put into and I had a secure credit card that I made $100 a month I closed the account and I got $25 refunded and they will not put it into my bank account they said it will take 30 days

Shut my damn account down. You muh'fkrs are truly "scamming" folks. You take $5.00 from my damn account without even notifying me that you were going to do that shitz. Shut it down now. You muh'fkrs must be in cahoots with Walmart because they do that same shitz, and when you know longer add money to that fawked up card, you all are still assessing a fuk'n fee. Wait for that shitz cause you won't see one dime. Shut this account down IMMEDIATELY.

This is a scam! Do not purchase a GO2 Bank Debit card. If you don't want to give your SS#, they will shut down you card and take you monthly fee. I just paid $23.95, what do I get in return, I get to spend $15! This is the most ridiculous business I have dealt with in years. Three attempts with customer service was a waste of time. DO NOT USE GO2 bank for Visa Debit Cards!!

Deserves -0000- STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS INSTITUTION UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH AN ABSOLUTE HEADACHE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING & their customer service representatives lack basic knowledge of the product they're paid to service. Also, there's a non existent sense of urgency which is alarming because this is a Financial Institution dealing with people's livelihoods. When I escalated the issue this morning, a manager stated she will have someone call me back in 30mns vs her taking ownership of the call then they eventually hung up on me. I am soooo upset beyond words because if the 1st agent I had an interaction with when I opened the account a few days ago had listened to me & took the time to understand my issue from the beginning, I would not have wasted any time opening up this account in the first place. I have spoken with another 3+ agents since and non of them also even mentioned a very vital fact that I kept repeating to them, that I was opening the account to get my direct deposit to pay my bills ASAP. Now the damage done is far reaching because my bills will now be late and I will end up paying stupid taxes & they only say I'm sorry- that's not going to cut it- bottom line is I wasted several hours dealing with just the opening process which the representatives have no clue the requirements & when I got that finally taken care of, my direct deposit is now in limbo gaining interest for them for a month, meanwhile fees keep piling up . I AM SO LIVID!!... Sharing with OCC, CFPB, AG & anyone else who can listen. A financial institution needs to meet basic standard needs and what they are providing is sooo below basic standards it's frightening to think they're even allowed to handle other people's money!!!

Been with Go2bank for over 2 years and customer service is terrible! You either get someone who doesn't know how to help you or you could barely understand their English. Would not recommend this to anyone !!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My card was stolen at the gad station. Several hours later I notice a charge for $300 . I called customer service and the rep kept saying no worry im a fraud specialist and im here to help you. He kept reading from a script. Told me I need to send in a letter with my name Etc etc and the last 4 digits of the card that was used within 20 days. I kept telling him that under vista's policy the card user is to get a provisional credit within 10 days once a dispute has been filed. The rep kept going on and on and said we don't follow the rules by visa we are our own bank and have our own rules. I explained to him this was MY PAYCHECK That was stolen and he kept saying don't worry im here to help. Damm script he kept reading .
