I only gave 1 star because I had to to write a review. Worst, worst, worst business ever. Horrible customer service. I've been on hold 2 hours. Each time I call from another phone I get transferred and up on hold. Cant understand any of the customer service agents and all work from home where I listen to their dogs and kids In The background. By word of mouth and review pass it on, DO NOT USE go2bank FOR ANY REASON! T These reviews don't phase them because they aren't even in country.

OMG this is NOT a bank! It's a bunch of BS. IF you happen to lose your debit card, you can't do S*** for two weeks until the replacement card comes! You CANNOT transfer money OUT of Go2Bank to ANYWHERE without your debit card so you'll be freaking jammed up Now it's December 1st and I need to cash my freaking check to pay bills and I'll be g*d**n if I just woke up and they're f****** site is down.

Worst company ever. This is not a debit card but a big scam. How do they charge you $2 or so everything you use your card at a store, atm, and even when you transfer money. I asked them to shut down my account and send me my money ey back because they let home depot take out $50 when I made a transaction for almost $200. I said if the right amount wasn't available why give them anything? Then I waited 2 weeks for them to get my money back and then they lied and said they can't send people emails and that I had to spend what was left in my account because they do not offer refund checks for the balance in your account. This is all a big scam for sure. Then a week later I get an email and then a week after that someone says hey we will send you a refund for the $50 in your account. The messed up thing is I had my direct deposit going there. So now they have over $800 of mine on hold. I will have to get an attorney take them down.

I just got off the phone with this lady who I couldn't understand because she isn't from the US...tried to explain to her about my email on the app but she just wouldn't listen to what my question was....now after reading more complaints they are a very bad business....DON'T USE THEM AND GET NORMAL PEOPLE SO WE CAN UNDERSTAND YOU.....

I don't even have an account with these people. I tried telling them, via an online chat a couple of times in case someone was using my details, but the "agent" just terminated to chat.

been trying for 3 days to activate a card that I bought at dollar general tried online at least 10 used chat but all you get is the runaround tried to call customer service and all you get is stupid robots this has to be the worst company i wouldn't use them if my life depended on it ! star is way to good for these reasons

I was scammed out of $1,000.00. I got the run around when I contacted GO2 customer service corporate department. Walmart need to stop selling this card. It is a scam.

Card was purchased for a car rental promotion. As it turned out the promotion was a scam. Went back to store where the card was purchased and tried to block the card. They called Go2bank. They were assured we would be helped. We were not and loss $500. WALLMART needs to stop selling this card!! Bad card. One 5 star review. Obviously it’s a fake review. Do not do business with Go2Bank.
