This bank sucks how the hell do they offer overdraft protection up to 100 then charge me 15.00 for a 7.99 charge that overdraft the account 10.00 then they say you have to get account back to 0 in 24 hours what kind of crap is this then I get a charge for 49.99 which I know nothing about I declined it they automatically lock the card and I have to wait 2 weeks to get new card for to Walmart with some barcode to get my money off the card I hate this bank wish I would have read reviews first I'll be closing this account as soon as I get my next deposit tonight and they get their money I had a bank account with chime and navy federal credit union which offered the same thing and all they did was take the money you overdrawn out if next deposit these people are crooks

I recently reported that my expartner fraudulently took money out my go2bank account so I reported and had the account closed and restricted they gave me a refund reference number but when I contacted them regarding the status of my refund check it said I had a balance of $13 from my greendot card how is this possible and the dispute department claim my phone e number is not associated with my account after I gave them all the proper information and emailing them my identification and showing proof of my mailing address I was then hung up on after I repeatedly told the the correct phone number

This company is part of Walmart debit card also. First of all they don't speak English at all. Can't talk to nobody in California at supposably dispute office. Had some dating company take 900 dollars In one month they charge 39.00 a mth these jokers sided with this company. I think they are involved with this company or they are this company in stealing funds government needs to shut this place down do not use these jokers

I would give a no star review !! I tried and access MY money and I could not. GO TO can kiss my A**!!! MY MONEY yet couldn't use it. I would never recommend anyone to use this bank or cad to ANYONE !!!!

Absolute garbage of a company. They deny transfers, can't pay my bills because they see it as fraudulent behavior and now my direct deposits aren't showing when they should be. Worst bank ever.

Scam alert🚨🚨🚨 This is totally scam and they’re the fraud not us! They needs to be held accountable for not letting us to use our money! Today I tried to add money to my Apple wallet using my debit card and they declined it and I called customer support to let them know, they told me that they blocked the transactions because I have unusual and fraudulent account activities which is not. They told me there might be someone using your debit card with apple wallet and there’s no way other peoples use my apple wallet on their phone. They told me to wait for 1 hour and try to use it again, so I tried after 1 hour and declined again. Someone please make them go virtual in the internet it seems like they’ve stolen thousands of peoples money, they’re scammers!

Worst banking experience ever. Last night my card was froze even though I said the charge was not fraud. They told me I would have to wait for 7 to 10days but could draw money off my account by going to Walmart with a code made through their phone app. I then tried to login but wouldn't except my password. I changed it three times and every time I did, despite the fact that I I copied and pasted the same password I had set in the process, the password would be reset. Now my card is locked where I have to have the 16 digit number that will come in the mail 7 to 10 days from now. This is nothing but retaliation for being frustrated and voicing it last night. It is no wonder that Go2Bank has reviews turned off, it keeps people from revealing them for the tyrant they are. Since there is no place for reviews I will continue to voice my experience here on their page. Worst customer journey I have ever experienced. My opinion is DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I run my business with that card, in 10 days I'll be out of business.

I'd like to give Go2Bank A negative -Star. I have a CC with this company and each time I make a full monthly payment towards the CC. For some reason a few cents will become missing. The first incident was .27 cents which it had no transaction date, no vendor, no Go2bank withdrawal fee, Absolutely no reasoning for this loss. I replaced it by Debiting it from the other account on file. I made another full payment towards my card. I then Locked the card. Today I noticed .70 cents which it had no transaction date, no vendor, no Go2bank withdrawal fee, Absolutely no reasoning for this loss. Been on hold for over 20 minutes since entering all information into their IVR system. Experian, Credit Karma, and other credit builders should truly be ashamed for offering such BS cards.
