Scam...opened account two days ago. Tried to set up direct deposit was not able to. Contacted them today. They closed my account due too many login. But that didn't stop them from taking their service fee. Rip off. Do not use them.

This is a little late but I figured I’d write a review anyways. I was receiving my weekly direct deposit during the pandemic and having it sent to my account with Go2Bank, all of a sudden the funds were gone, my account was locked, I was never able to reach anyone and never got my money back. Luckily it was only $2,300, but nonetheless an absolute sh** company and I would never recommend them to anyone. I’m shocked with the fact that they’re still up and running. Just seems like a bunch of scammers.

Place is literally a piece of***.Telling you don’t use these clowns. Gonna run up thousands on them watch.

They opened a fraudulent account with my information. I was hung up on 5 times trying to get the signed documents from when the account was opened, apparently I'm not allowed to have them and was told to stop calling and was then hung up on again... smells like wells fargo..

I called them multiple times over two weeks they didn’t answer. They wouldn’t transfer me to dispute anything. I was calling to dispute a transaction, and Oscar completely ignored the situation and said it was not allowed for me to record the conversation, my conversation with the bank, and refused to file a dispute on my behalf.

This bank is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I had an overdraft protection up to 200$ and they are telling me that because i have negative balance of 60$ they can’t give me overdraft.. absolutely disappointed about this bank cause they are really trying my patients do not highly recommend using these bank because your waisting time and money and its a shame !!!!

It’s a trash card/bank to use. I used one of the cards and it took forever for my direct deposits to go through. I called the support number yesterday and was “helped” by someone named Oscar. He was really rude to me and told me excuses on why the deposit wasn’t going through and still didn’t get anything done. I wouldn’t recommend using GO2Bank. It’s an outdated system with very much needed updates.

Forget it. I signed up for direct deposit from my employer and when it came to pay day...no direct deposit/no money. I checked with my employer and they assured me it went through on their end. Then, I phoned Go2bank. They informed me that it could take 1 to 2 weeks for the money to in AT THEIR END! They're holding my hard-earned money!!! I asked to speak with someone who could help me further and was assured this was their policy and after the first direct deposit the balance would go in each time I am paid. I can tell you as soon as the money goes into my account it's coming out and into a REAL BANK not some fly by night company that has no direct line to someone in this country, rather than either India or the Philippines. They're cooked and I'm done with them. Heed my advice. Oh! Don't forget...everytime you go to one of the stores that you where you can add cash to your card they charge you $4.95 (CVS).
