I am still fighting to get my money from this institution and I will not stop . You cannot even speak to a human being! And forget any type of actual service. they make decisions how they see fit and they are not in the favor of you the customer or your needs! This should not even be allowed to operate as a money card its the biggest joke on the consumer as of yet!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANYTHING!

been using this bank for only 2 months and have experienced many negative issues. Their marketing points are untrue and misleading. They advertise use of an overdraft fund up to $200 for emergencies. You can read their supposed benefit package and marketing points and you will see it does not not explain that a $15 charge per transaction will be applied to your total overdraft limit. So depending on how many transactions and fees are applied, you may only receive half or so of this “benefit “ because the rest goes to the bank and is applied towards your total benefit amount. They also will not allow you to draw out any part of this fund with your debit card. They would lose millions on overdraft charges. The customer is not allowed to decide for themselves how best to handle their emergency overdraft benefit. I had 3 conversations on chat this evening trying to get some of these overdraft charges reversed. It was extremely frustrating. I was told over and over they could not reverse these overdraft charges because they were “valid.” The first two representatives hung up on me by abruptly disconnecting the chat. The third one referred me to a higher level and said they would call within 24 hours to discuss this. I was told the same thing yesterday and the call was not returned. I certainly won’t hold my breath for this one, either. I plan to report this bank to the Banking Commission for misleading and untruthful practices. Do NOT use this bank!! It takes forever to get through their bot to talk to a real person because it hangs up on you over and over. Their chat system is the same. You cannot transfer money outside the bank to another account anywhere. Your money is essentially tied down only to them. You can receive money but can only move money to another Go2 customer. There is not even one good point I can make about this bank. They should not be allowed to call themselves a bank. They should be listed as a payday loan. I give them the lowest possible rating. One is too high. I will cancel this account at the end of the month and stop all my direct deposits. They refused to help me by reversing an overdraft fee and I have absolutely no use for them.

Do not go to this bank Go to netspend. Do not got to Go2bank took my paycheck. Won't let me reset my password. Then tell me i have to wait 2 days just to get a response. Meanwhile your holding ny paycheck. I'm getting a lawyer is is unacceptable.

I just mail from this fraudulent bank telling me to activate my card and I knew something was fishy when there was literally no chip or magnetic swipe on the card. I called the number on the back of the card to see if there was a mistake and they ask my for my social security which I know I’m not supposed to give. Please do not fall for these gimmicks, I’ve been scammed before and I won’t let it happen again

Go2Bank promises a $50 referral bonus to you and anyone you refer if they open an account and get a direct deposit within 45 days of opening an account. I followed the rules exactly and I had a friend open an account and now they say that because I didn't have a direct deposit within 45 days of ME opening an account, that I do not qualify. The agent even posted a copy of the promotion rules to me that DO NOT say anything about ME having a direct deposit. They are refusing to give the bonus to me or the person I referred.

Actually I am disappointed and somewhat disturbed by the actions and handling of my situation. I was never able to speak with anyone directly and chat was all the same generic responses seemingly a script almost. I made the mistake of getting a account with GO2BANK after having the card briefly and needing to change my address to where I was receiving my debit card I was accused of fraudulent activity... this was a joke first of all. But what wasn't funny is after they decided to lock my account for said untrue fraudulent behavior I rushed to change my direct deposit information but missed the deadline. So unfortunately these monies was still deposited into a locked account at GO2BANK I am confused as to why wouldn't they reject a direct deposit on a closed account anyways. Next part I can't access almost $1000.00 and according to GO2BANK since this account is locked normal human decency like a refund check isn't available so obviously my funds are locked in this locked account. I am in disbelief and I feel victimized after reading reviews I'm one of many as this seems to be a pattern for GO2BANK I just wish I had the legal means to do something but they are probably covered by their phony legal rhetorics I just hope another victim and there will be more finds a way to hold this company accountable. A consumer complaint can be filed at most Attorney General websites. There are many resources for making consumer complaints. The more complaints on this company the better. This place needs to be exposed let's all help each other.

Since January 18th I've been waiting for a refund of $67.83 today is Feb 1st and still no redund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! Everytime I call is a different excuse...Worst bank app ever
