Absolutely the worse bank I’ve ever dealt with!! They locked my account and then wouldn’t let me access my money!! I’ve been trying to close it and they still won’t assist me. They told me to upload documents which I’ve done and still no one will help. They can barely speak English so yiur constantly repeating yourself. So basically they took my money. Don’t use this bank!!!!

Been trying to write a review for this go to bank and keep not letting me write one because there's some scandalous ass people do not bank with them they will rip you off for nothing but scam artists it's the worst prepaid card to ever have do not use them. Please cuz you will get ripped off in your money will get cooked from me

Used Green dot for years. no problems at all. Opened an account with Go2Bank, different story. Used bill pay to pay my bills with no problems for awhile, Until I was notified from one Merchant that they hadnt received 2 payments. 2 separate payments done 3 weeks apart. Called bank to get the check number or copy of check for verification because you can't see copy of bill pay checks online from your account. Customer service (dispute section) is soooo bad! Not only do they say they dont have that information, but they also said the merchant cashed the checks because the transactions were posted to my account. ugh, NO!...they take the money when they send the checks! Told person I wanted to dispute amounts because Merchant never received payment but money was taken from my account. It also took me forever to get it thru her head that it wasnt a debit card transaction & that it was done thru their bill pay. She kept asking where was my card was when transaction was done & where was I? Sitting at my desk & paying my bills on my computer. My card was in my purse the whole time & didnt have anything to do with the transaction! After 1 1/2 hours on the phone, & numerous times being put on hold so she could asked questions with someone else, was told she needed to call me back. HA! no call back. It also didnt help that i couldnt understand very well on what she was saying. Still have no idea how this will be resolved. All i can say right at this moment is DONT USE THEIR BILL PAY! UPDATE: After calling again was told a dispute had been filed and would receive an email confirmation. You guessed it, no email. Called dispute department again and finally got a person that knew how to do a dispute. On May 19th, received a dertermination on dispute. They cant return my money because I authorized the transaction! Well yes I did. Thru their bill pay system. Still cant get copies of checks that were supposedly sent. I am now asking for copies of everything that they used to determine their decision. Maybe by chance there will be copies of the checks that were supposedly sent! Sucks Im out $250.00 that I cant afford to lose. Why cant I get copies???

i had a charge of 281.55 on my card which is not mind, i got ahold of them. i ask them to stop my paycheck from getting direct deposited. they said that my account was frozen so my paycheck wont go in. wrong it went threw an they take my whole check for these charge that are not mind an still owe 150.00. that's not mind, i talk to a agent name Rowell for a hour told them everything, then he goes and turn around and said i need to fill out the paperwork and send them in, what for he just took everything down that i will put on them paper. Now how did they let these charges go threw ? when 2 days before my phone bill wouldn't go threw? cause there wasnt enough cash in it to coverthe bill. but yet let up to 300. dollars charge go there. im going to get a lawyer also an call seven can help. i want this to stop an i want my money bank. they are so wrong. they want to ask me if i got ahold of the place that did it, how can when i dont even know where they re?

I’m getting a lawyer I just wanted to know has anyone had the same problem I have had they stolen 500 dollars from me I’m contacting the news to get them to investigate this company

Worst bank I have ever used. Fees are high. Difficult to transfer. Customer service e is horrible. 4.5% is switch and bait, set up not to pay. With hidden fees and charges. Stay away from this bank

Never again. go2bank is trash. Bought the pre paid card it the package says the card can be used immediately after purchase just activate the card on web or app. BS It would not let me activate the card till the next day. Then after I go thru all the Account set up it tells me my info cant be verified and i wont be able to use all the SERVICES of the card, no atm, no cash back, cant add money to the card, cant transfer cant, cant, cant, so its as a gift card that needed my ssn and life story to activate. ANGRY. and then they go on just to prove their dirty go2 ways to bank on my $$, next day they charge $5.00 for monthly service fee. what the....what service? they denied me all the services just 3 days ago. Absolutely GO2TRASH. AVOID.

Worst banking ever!!!immediately charged a 5 dollar monthly bank fee causing me to have my last 15 dollars trapped in the account due to only being able to withdraw 20 dollar amounts customer service is a joke he barely spoke english
