It says, paid 2 days earlier, I know that's a lie, because this bank here it is at 5:30, PM, and my check, still hasn't hit, and it's always hit before from my other bank, I will be definitely going back to my old bank, this bank sucks.

It's a shame that you guys don't offer a ZERO ranking. That would be SOOOOO complimentary to these clowns. I don't know WHAT I was thinking when I opened an account here. I haven't touched it in months and the debit card is collecting dust on my TV table as we speak! I see by the 1.2 rating that was here before I wrote this, that I'm not alone in my thinking I recently changed phone companies and got a new number as well. These fools don't allow you to change your phone number when you need to. They need to send a verification code to the OLD number, which for most Earthlings, is no longer in service. They also offer, as an alternative for changes you might need, that you cancel the account and open a NEW one, with a different email an different phone. I suspect that's to fluff up their new account opening numbers. On top of everything, when you call their so-called "customer service" call center, of the rep has an attitude about what you ask about, they willingly WILL hang up on you. Period. That happened twice to me today. They are affiliated with Lead Bank of Kansas City, and when you contact THEM, they deny it! Lead Bank isn't publicly traded, otherwise I'd be on here giving you the investor relations number. Go2's claim is that you can get your direct deposits, be they payroll or government programs, a few days earlier than schedule. But nowadays, everybody and their Mama is making the same offer. Take the advice of earlier reviewers. DON'T go to GO2Bank.

Horrible with disputes!

Do you know what the MOST MORONIC support team says when you're locked out of your account. LOGIN and chat with a team member? That is the STUPIDEST possible request ever created. Not an UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT link, just a link to chat and the chat asks you to Login. That's layered STUPIDITY. And WHY did my account get locked?? NOT BECAUSE OF ME, i use a password vault and it's put in perfect every time. No, the websites login is ALSO stupid so, when i logged in, it locked me out because the code was TOO DUMB to do it's job.... I can't even RELATED to people how INSANELY stupid of a structure this website is....It's MIND SHATTERING how ignorantly made it is..... I mean your account is locked, HOW do you "login" to get support chat access??? LOL. I would say "God help us" but we're not the problem. THEY ARE. Is there a NEGATIVE 5 starts option for this site???????

DO NOT USE GO2 BANK for ANYTHING!!! Their website does not work! Can't activate your cards, can't get to your money, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get refund!! The people who were supposed to be helping me kept saying you have to activate your card online , I'm sorry and would not give refund! I finally had to ask for supervisor! DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Go2Bank, is becoming worse. They charge for “Out of Network” ATM fees, even tho I went to an ATM that was A No Fee ATM. I looked on the website for in network ATMs… and you can barely find one. More Cash deposit places than ATMs. And, I guess they don’t partner with @711 any longer as an “In Network” ATM!

I haven't used my account for a while and they blocked my account. I can't get on my app or talk to a live person. They say that they having technical problems. I will be filing charges with my lawyer for identity theft

THEY DO NOT ANSWER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charge a monthly fee, not disclosed! No help provided at all! Scam and Fraud
