GO2Bank, owned by Green Dot Corporation has permanently locked my account and refuse to refund my money and refuse access to account. They were once known as GOBank (owned by Green Dot Corp)and lost a multi million dollar class action law suit for same business practices they are using as GO2Bank! They have learned nothing from their court loss, other to change their name??!! After 5 times sending requested documents they have denied me my funds. Each time it is a different reason and their non English speaking representatives do not even know their company policies! I have obtained an attorney and am currently suing them, I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a complaint with the Attorney General and DOJ. I suggest anyone experiencing the same situation as myself, seek legal remedy!!

I received a voided transaction from cashapp onto my go2bank and its been a month I never received my money back $600 and I know for a FACT that cashapp refunded me my money DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Also What is the point of being able to overdraft when they charge you 17 plus dollars every day to do so

Go2bank is full of bull crap !!!! Got my card and transferred money into my account. This was on the 3rd of Aug, Made another bank transfer on the 4th of August early that morning. Called customer service Two Times and first time it sounded like a little girl was talking and so i ask for manager. Manager gets on and tells me Go2bank did not transfer my money and then turn around and put it back in the account. I tried to talk to the manager but i was just like oh hell naw something dont feel right. Things i was told was that when i opened my account i made a virtual deposit and had to activate my card. I had already activated my card when i recieved it . So why am i reactivating my card. I told the manager that i was closing my account. Later on i got home from work and i tried to log in account and it just kept saying too many attempts , so finally i called Customer service again and Liston to the prompts and got my balance. I had 150.00 total went to atm to withdraw 140.00 +3 fee my remaining balance was 4 dollars on my card. Im glad i found out before it was too late. I aint never seen such fraudulent business scam in my life #####ck go2bank !!!!!!

Stay away! I've had nothing but issues with this Bank since I've opened this account. I've had direct deposit and they locked my account made a zero balance and said your account is locked due to suspicious activity. First of all they won't tell me what the suspicious activity is and the only way to get in touch is live chat which they said they can't take any action I told them action is one thing but I want an explanation and then they said we haven't heard from you in a while and closed the chat! No customer support and what little customer support through the chat don't care! They told me to wait 2 days for a review and then when in the chat they told me to wait three business days so it's already been one day and I got to wait three more days so I don't know how long this is going to continue but it's not right I never heard of anything like this just locking the account with no explanation my real land-based bank will text me and ask me if it's me trying to make a purchase. PISSED 🤬😡

I am very displeased with Go2Bank. I have had a couple issues with direct deposits and when i try to connect with someone to fix it they will not listen and only offer to send a fax of the transactions. Which is not helpful when theres a transaction not showing! They have lost over $500 of my money this last time and over $700 another time. I WILL NOT USE THEM ANYMORE AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE ELSE USE THEM EITHER! Their customer service is a joke!

I have almost 4,000 in my go2bank account and they locked it for suspicious activity...they told me take pictures of the front and back of my id...I have sent in 5 separate pictures now of my id they keep saying my address doesn't match with what they have on file but it's the same address that is on my account that I use to confirm who I am when I call them.... from what I'm reading I'm probably not getting my money back...I really wish I would have researched them before...I NEVER WOULD HAVE USED THIS "BANK" I Don't know what I should do. If ANYONE has any advice.... PLEASE HELP! Thank you

If there's a United States Government agency that regulate and protect them from the theft of banks please someone tell me cause go2bank has refused to refund a dispute of purchase and fraudulent act of changing my personal information that's still on account after showing proof of identity and address I have No One To help Me

Pending refunds they remove them whenever they want without getting the refund plus it takes forever. They hang up on you they're rude they don't listen they are corrupt as can be for absolute sure I'm almost certain that they hold people's money and they do that to thousands of people just so they make money on their interest on their money.
