I am terminally ill and have about a month to live and social security sent me a large back paycheck and the second I got it the bank froze my account and I have not been able to touch anything for a month and a half now utilities got shut off and I'm about to lose my apartment and they don't care. Do not bank with these guys they will take your money and there's nothing you can do

horrible they will not close my account, they told me to log in to my account thru a computer to verify the information and call them back well guess what my information matched what is in the app and on the computer so why wont they allow me to close out my account? now its because of a credit card they claim so transfer me to that department where they hang up on me over and over and the one time i get thru well it was the old excuse of your information does not match our records. how is that possible when i am looking right at your records on the computer as you advised over a month ago? i already got a new bank and am much happier with them, you don't want to close it well i guess that's fine but your daily fees are now so high that they cannot be paid anyway and the way i feel eventually the fees will be beyond so high that they will be forced to close the account rather they want too or not but as long as the fees are below a certain dollar amount which surprise, surprise they cant give me that dollar amount the account has to stay open. strangest things i have ever heard. think they are lying about all of this information to me. JUST STAY AWAY if you value your sanity or money

I set up direct deposit with my job 3 weeks prior. I waited for 4 days and no deposit. I've called multiple times and they just say "we don't see a deposit. Just wait" I've spoken to my payroll department (at a bank as well) and they say it was sent the same day they send all payroll out. We have verified the routing and account number. Nothing. My payroll dept says it's not been sent back or rejected so they can't do anything. BEWARE!! IM NOW OUT $2000 BECAUSE THEY LIED ABOUT RECEIVING MY PAYROLL. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BANK.

They are the worst debit card company in the world. They are completely the most uncooperative debit card dispute service. I cancelled a charge that I made and was double charged . I had cancelled in less than 24 hours. Go2Bank still posted it and approved the charge even though the money was not in my account. They made my debit card overdrawn by 901.01 dollars. They refunded one charge of 1125.64 and then took the 901.01 out of the refund. They made my account overdrawn not me. So they took the balance of my account before the overdrawn amount . And still haven’t refunded the other charge of 1125.64 and the balance that was in my account. It’s been over 20 days and they will not give me an answer. They have no reason to keep my money. I gave them the merchant refund ok numbers for trace and all the merchant info. For the refund. And they will not help. If you Have a Go2Bank debt card tear it up and never use it again. They are criminal low down robbers of your debt card money. They will do everything they can to keep your hard earned cash. And charge you a monthly fee as well as a load your card fee every time you load money on your card. The Limit is 500.00 dollars. So if you want to put a 1000.00 dollars on your debit card you have to pay twice. They will charge you coming and going. They have no Conscience. They are out to bend you over every chance they get. Green dot go 2 bank have no morals.the worst debt card ever. Never use either debt card. Beware they are EVILE. PS they will not give you a debit card if your mailing address is a P.O. Box address. The Town I live in only has P.O. Boxes for mail. The post office does not deliver mail to our home addresses. Go2Bank and green dot are unAmerican.as well.

Worst banking experience ever they owe me $75 dollars from 09/02/23 was double charged for a canceled payment and only received one payment

All of the people writing about this company with how they purposely lock them out of their accounts are telling the truth. The same happened to me even when I set up a password with face ID that NEVER changed. It worked for a little while and boom stopped working. Luckily I was able to move the majority of my money out using another bank’s transfer before I got locked out. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I set up direct deposit. I was trying to get a “bonus” through another company by trying them out. This is so flagrant and easy to prove that I can not see how they can get away with before they get slammed with a massive lawsuit. I am furious and will be first in line to provide my evidence to pursue the criminals. How dare you F with my livelihood and my ability to provide for my family and children. I will be elated to watch them scramble as they burn! Do NOT give these people your money!

It's been over 30 days and I still have not received 4 refunds from cash app $170 total I get a different excuse everytime I call. I get hung up on. Lied to. I can't understand half of what they say. They lie. I've had 7 tickets already and still no help. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I only have them a 1 Star because I HAD TO. There not even a millimeter of a star.

My card was locked because fraud activity for $1 purchase. I was charged $24 for a replacement card which should have been here at the end of August and here we are in September 27th still no card or communication. They are placing false fraud charges so they can take people's money. I'm so fukn pissed 😡.
