My relief check from the government went into an account at this bank that IS NOT MINE. This happened in 2021 and the IRS says I received payment. This bank is a FRAUD. I'm still waiting to get anything resolved and the money that is legally MINE. DO NOT TRUST THIS!!

These people are a fraud Have ben waiting on a refund check from a closed out acct for over 3 months.Customer service is horrible..can not understand a word they say! I repeat do not do any buisness wth this instituition. You have been forwarned

I've had a fraudulent charge on my account and I couldn't receive help on the matter at first. Actually was hung up on. I had to keep calling back until I finally got somebody to help. And now had double charges from purchases and was quickly hung up on. My opinion is they don't care about you just getting your money. To this date I'm still dealing with getting my money back.

Crap not a bank. Lured me in with a referral bonus. Then they are telling me they won't pay out the referral bonus and are giving made-up reasons (while I'm looking at the fine print of the referral and what they are telling me does not exist).

I am an HR Director and I continuously receive fraudulent emails impersonating my employees and to switch their direct deposits. These emails are accompanied by the routing and account numbers. I have reported these account numbers to go2bank (Green Dot) and they refuse to block or freeze these accounts with the excuse "we cannot block the accounts." No reputable bank I know of would continue to accept money literally stolen from unsuspecting companies who may have not caught the ruse. Please make sure that the direct deposit changes are legitimately from your employees particularly if the emails instruct you to deposit it into a go2bank account. In the meantime I am reporting go2bank to the FDIC, FTC and APWG.

This bank make you wait two weeks to put your money back in your account I telling them I wanty money so I can close this bank now Sunday is a business day that what they keep telling me horrible bank the worst bank never will I tell anybody about this go2bank service is real bad I sent the proof order where cancelled and they still will not give me my money back just keep telling Monday Friday now Sunday can we start a class act law suit against this go2 bank they are taking people money

Every single time I make a refund or get issued a credit I have to wait extended periods of time for my money! Now I have to move by 1/4/24 I lock my card after every transaction and often forget so I have to unlock it to use it so it will be declined. Today 12/28/23 I wanted to transfer my government benefits to another account to pay my storage to put my disabled child things temporarily as my new apt will not be ready and will temp in a air bnb. Well my card is disabled permanently and they are telling me I have to wait for a replacement card due to unusual activity. There is no unusual activity, I repeat there is no unusual activity. All I do is pay bills and purchase everyday items at everyday places!!! This is unacceptable I am alone with disabled child. This bank is a scam and they hold funds with no valid reasons!!! I will be reporting this financial institution to the Federal reserve and occ. If my child suffers from anything for any reason because of this financial institution unethical practices I will file a federal suit. This bank should be shut down ! 💯

There was fraudulent activity on my account so a replacement card was sent. I received it on 12.9.23. I have been trying since that day to activate the card. I have money in the account that I cannot access because I'm being told my account is blocked. They want to send me another card or use cash app. The have transferred m I have sat on hold for over 47 minutes calls were dropped I started at noon today its almost 3. I have no resolution. It's very difficult to understand the agents and even harder to get a resolution.
