This banking app is a str8 up scam. Everything about it is wrong. Overdraft protection is a scam & BBB really need to be put in the business cause they're truely messing people over. Customer service is terrible.

I had a large sum of money deposited into go2bank, I can not get my money from them, they closed my account with them for no reason, I can't get customer service to contact me, they also gave out my personal information to a 3rd party bank . They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with, that bank needs to be shut down.

I stopped at a gas leaving New Orleans heading to Houston. I never used my card again until I arrived in Houston and tried to book my hotel only for it to be declined. When I checked my account I was devastated to find all my money was gone and there were 6 transactions I had no knowledge of. I am now forced to live in my car with no food, no water, no place to shower because I'm here all alone in a city where I don't know anyone. I have no family that can assist me. The weather is over 100⁰ everyday. This is extremely unsafe for a 52 year old woman to endure at no fault of my own. They are telling me I have to wait 10 days for a provisional release of the funds that were stolen and there are no exceptions. This is absolutely unacceptable and a horrible way to treat a loyal customer.

Go2bank’s Overdraft is a scam. Bad bad experience. I was scammed more than 200 dollars with the overdraft fees even i’m not over 24 hrs. Bad bad bad

100% a scam if you can avoid them do it at all cost they have transactions on there that aren't yours that they say they can see them but yeah you can't see them so it's crazy they're hiding transactions that hide your balance they don't give it back their money that are adjusted they hold your money that they don't put through it is a terrible Bank I'm just waiting for them to get this done and I will be closing my account I don't need them I only use them long time ago but now I see why I ended up having to pay for the place I had to use a different card because mine didn't work with go2bank It said decline saw with my own eyes and yeah constantly trying to get in contact with him is it possible they don't care they just hang up on you they don't care because it doesn't matter because it doesn't affect them at all cuz they're somewhere in the Middle East l probably stealing everybody's cards info I've already reported them to the Federal reserve the Cfbp next I'm going to report them to the police for stealing you know that doesn't work I'm driving to their location I'm sick of these people

Their customer service team is so bad that it’s kind of scary. They are next to impossible to understand and you have to reword your questions several different ways for them to understand what you’re asking. I don’t think they’ve ever been able to answer anything correctly. Plus, not being able to use my debit card in Canada was incredibly inconvenient. I had to charge all of my expenses. It wasn’t an error, btw, they flat out don’t allow anyone to use their debit cards outside of the US. Now, they’re charging for cash deposits at Walgreens, despite the app still saying they’re free. I have a brand new account with a reputable bank and look forward to saying goodbye to Go2Bank forever!

Thee worst customer service in history i tried to move my money from checking to my savings and they said it was unavailable, so I reached out to customer service and they gave the run around and claimed that I was running in circles
