i added money to an acct but was having trouble accessing it ,i spoke to a rep via chat and asked them to assist me w my card and at the same time inform them i recently moved and needed address updated, after answering security questions next thing you know my acct was block i was accused of identity fraud,it was a saturday i was already frustrated before i spoke to them you could just imagine after this exp and they did nothing but ,,oh iam sorry for your bad exp bla bla bla go2card.com is go2hell.com

DO NOT USE GO2BANK THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND I wish I could give 0 stars They charge fees up to $10 if use your card in grocery store are any retail chain said fee less if you swipe but no one allow swipe if has chip. They charge if you transfer, add anything you do I had $100 in fees of extra charges they done me this is robbing people When open account was told no fee use in stores and when asked about atms around me said no fees and 3 transfers with cash app month or PayPal was aloud that's all lies agents kept ending our chats and calls kept say when used in retail and any other way they charge 3rd party fee so no matter where or how cards use I get fees added on im 73 fixed income this got be illegal ROBBING PEOPLE DO NOT USE

They locked me out of my account and then said they couldn’t move my savings to my checking to wait until tomorrow and try to get in my account again

I tried to get an account they sent me a card and all but then told me I couldn't open sn account cuz they couldn't verify me,how come any other bank can but you dumb asses couldnt..I'm glad cuz now that I've seen the reviews....wow...fk go2bank

Go2bank still owes me my tax refund after already having to deal with finding out I am a victim of identity theft with the IRS I found out that a tax return for $6.879 was stolen from me because Go2bank sent a prepaid card with that money on it to the address I was no longer living at and after providing my supporting documents showing proof that I had no longer been living there they said they never received my documents and closed my dispute which I have proof showing I sent them these documents now I try and call and they just keep hanging up on me what do I do

My grand mother has switch to go to they told her no fees atms everywhere no charge long had little symbole yet she got fees for in store groceries , shopping ATM fee, charge for her ssa check being deposited in the account. 10.53 for bills paid of $700 she tried to speak with agent all they tell her where go deposited money then ended chat

I wish I could give NO stars!! These are complete Crooks!! They locked my husband card claiming fraud when my husband only gets his payroll checks deposited into this account. They asked us to send in copys of his ID to get it unlocked, once he sent his ID they permanently locked his card when we asked what type of fraud they wouldn't give us no information. Told him they only option for him to receive his funds was in a check that will take 2 weeks. But get this they want him to send his ID picture AGAIN after he has already sent it 3 freaking times.

Can't be trusted. Moved my direct deposit to them and they just never credited it. Had to have a trace run on it. Do Not use this institution. They are dishonest.
