Trash service. I guess I'll take my money to a bank that actually wants it.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen or dealt with do not waste your time with these people! They are useless! Deactivated my card then could not explain why I could not get access to funds from my account with their barcodes. Everytime it referred me back to them when it was denied. Their solution was you need to wait 7-10 days to receive your new card to access your funds from your account. What a load of shit! I will never use them again. Card will be received and funds will be withdrawn and they can kiss my ass!

I Deposited Funds. and I Tried ta Use The Card and It Kept Getting Declined.

Customer service is no help if you don't have a card and do direct deposit! And if you miss any of the computer generated questions that may have nothing to do with you they will lock you account for days

This is the worst bank. This has happened more than once. Ok just talking about this time for now. Recently I needed to overdraft and yes I think the overdraft policy is to get more money out of people. Anyways. I Recently overdraft the 1st was a total of 20.00 and I got overdrafted when in fact I know that it haven't been 24 hrs. My check hits around 5:53 pm this time instead of the normal 5:56 pm which is around the time I overdraft. Now this morning I keep getting notifications about overdraft fee. The first transaction ok cool whatever no problem but that 2nd transaction should've never been a fee to it because when I overdrafted the 2nd time as soon as i walked out the store my direct deposit hit. So why am I being charged an overdraft fee for something that was paid back on time. I need to find a good attorney to talk to about this because at this point yall are robbing people for paying up their overdraft in the 24 hr time and yall are robbing people for the transactions that wasn't even overdrafted for 10 mins. I hate this bank and will be looking for another soon. Yall have the dumbest policy cause if I'm having a little down time and need to overdraft why is the policy a 24 hr policy instead til your next pay day, it's not like yall don't know when the direct deposit hits. It's ways of robbing us hard working people that have a hard time sometimes. Yall are money hungry. You're suppose to help the people not take their money. My issue isn't about the 1st overdraft fee it's the 2nd one. And this has happened a time before. Yall are greedy and it's a shame. I will be getting a new bank account soon because this is it for me. Thieves

I just received a card with my name ready to activate for an account I never requested!! So I decided to google and lo and behold this came up. The card is going in the shredder. I need to report first.

How can you do business with a bank that sends you a debit card like you already have an account? Seriously though most people are gonna think their identity was stolen. Red flag pass.

I'd give these SOBs a negative 10stars if I could. -I'm filling with FBI for cyber crime - must wait about 30mins for deposits to appear - card never worked - can't login and I've reset my passcode 3times consecutively - customer service is a joke - keep your money in your bra or sock before using this card. - gladly spend the rest of my night posting reviews to every platform.
