Awful experience, rude unhelpful and made the exam experience far more stressful. Was not comfortable with them accessing my personal files

By far the worst possible issues i’ve ever had sitting an exam. As if sitting an exam was worse enough, my proctor told me my exam was the next day, even though the date on the screen I was sharing to my proctor had the current day & time right there. Proctor proceeded to disconnect me and I freaked out. If i hadn’t sought support from exam support I would’ve missed out on sitting my exam which would have resulted in other complications. Would rather fail an exam under normal circumstances than use this software again.
