Rife for scammers to abuse
Run out of a Philippino call centre, unlike what was advertised by the University. ProctorU is making top profit by making their service rock bottom cheap. Proctors I had tried to get photos of my passport and driver license, and I could hear that they weren’t in a supervised office, they were at home. (I could hear a dog, children yelling, tv in the background) - Why would you trust this service with sensitive information on your computer and sensitive documents you ‘must show’ to the proctors.
