Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service. If I had any other choice I would use a different service in a heartbeat then go through hell and back with this company again. However, my university uses this proctor service so I have no choice. There are many times when I will easily start the exam an hour later than what I wanted because of technical difficulties on their part, customer service is laughable tbh. There was once instance where it took me 4 hours to do an exam and no one said sorry or offered a refund for the horrible service. They claimed that I had no camera attached to my laptop which I said was not possible as it is 2020 and all laptops I believe have a web camera standard. Then they claimed something was wrong with my computer and I could not perform the test on the same computer that I had been using for the past 4 years with there software and had no issues.

0/5. I just spent an hour waiting on their livechat. The first individual that was trying to help me told me to hold on. I waited 15 minutes for them to only close the chat later ending our conversation. The second person I talked to refused to tell me they couldn't help me and insisted my issue was my college not their website. I've used this website for about three years now doing online tests. Its always a nightmare, but this last year has been the worst. If you have problems with them, don't expect much help, and hopefully it wont be during a crucial time....like it normally is with them.....

Just had my first (hopefully last) experience with ProctorU. I had prepared EVERYTHING, checked connection, room etc. several times (All good!). BUT when exam started I ended up spending more than 30min connecting, losing connection, and repeating the same procedures over and over again! When I could finally hear my inviligator there was people singing and yelling in the background and the noise was horrible! After that she changed my screen background (??) and finally during the exam, the questions and paper appeared and disappeared several times (every second minute)...due to bad connection..WHICH I HAD TESTED WAS FINE BEFORE!? I am furious right now, how can this even be allowed?! 😞

If there would be a lower rating I would give it it is not well set up many problems for students and teachers. When you need support from their support team they don't even know how to solve the problems..... Colleges should not pay for this feature at all. there should be another tool which is more convenient and should be able to be used on the phone as well as on the computers.

Worst experience in taking an exam I've ever had. If I could rate less than one star I would. The proctors are useless

The proctors are poorly trained and far more goes wrong than right. I had a relatively "good" experience in that it only crashed once and they only got a few things wrong. Oh, and they compile suspected cheating behaviours into a public "hall of fame" Disgusting violations of privacy.
