Wish I could give 0 stars. It took them over three hours to fix an issue before I could start my exam. One of my technicians “Jahmal” was extremely unprofessional if anyone knows how to report a specific proctor let me know. I was clearly frustrated, waisted an entire day DURING midterm week to take this one test. You could see I was almost in tears from frustration and he told me I needed to calm down and when I got upset he said that, he ended the call!!

Worst of all is the live support chat. They are not even trying to be helpful. Just awful

This site is terrible and unnecessary. There’s too many technical difficulties that distract students from focusing on exams. I would NEVER recommend taking classes that use this. It’s AWFUL.

This was the most infuriating experience ever. It took over 3 hours to even start my exam, because of tech issues that couldn’t be figured out. No audio, then the help ticket wasn’t working correctly and then app malfunctioned before I finished the exam!

Horrible experience. The proctor I had , Justine D., was extremely rude. Too forever to respond when I told him I was done with my test, then said "God bless you" to which I very politely responded " I'm atheist, but I appreciate the sentiment". Then he said "Will, just remember that God loves you!" Which is incredibly unprofessional! I didn't think I would have to deal with some over the top religious nut on top of the horrible service! Absolutely appalled and disgusted.

ProctorU deserves 0 or negative stars. I have tried to take the GRE twice with them, the first time it took over two hours to get set up, I ended up having to call the helpline because I had a white blank screen on my computer, it took over 20 minutes to get help and then another 30 minutes to get another proctor. The second time they interrupted me in the middle of my GRE section 3 times about lighting, after I had already spent 40 minutes opening up blinds and adding more lamps to the room, they then paused my test to fix the lighting and they said they can't add the time lost back, I had to cancel the test yet again.

This testing service has very bad service. I hope the Universities will stop using it. It is always a hassle to find my tests and I receive constant interruptions and have even had my test paused for common small head movements or talking quietly to myself to re read a difficult question. Once again, I hope universities stop using this service.

If you've ever watched any of those videos on youtube about scammers, this company just gives that feeling that they are scammers. I don't blame the workers that were helping me, but I was having trouble logging into my test session to have my proctor watch me take my test so I had to let the technician control my mouse and let them download all this ProctorU stuff to help them configure everything for the exam I was taking. And I got to take my exam over an HOUR after my scheduled time. Overall the workers that assisted me were nice and I don't blame them at all, but I am not comfortable with how much control I had to give them. I had to pan my computer camera all over my room to show them that I wasn't cheating. And everything is recorded, but the reason why I am nervous about that recording is that this company has openly admitted to having a data breach (information about the data breach can be found by googling "ProctorU data breach" since Trustpilot won't let me link any articles). I appreciate the honesty and transparency of the company, and I honestly would not have written such a negative review about this company if it weren't for the data breach, but the data that was stolen was from 2014, so I don't know what year ProctorU will once again be breached and have another random year of data be stolen.
