Idiot ass proctors don’t know English and the test taking rules change with every test.

I was supposed to take my exam at 7:10, they closed out of something that affected the way the external mic worked and then spent 45 minutes "trying to fix it" and then my camera died. All the while the lady had a million and one reasons why we couldn't start, was hard to understand, and there was lots of noise in the background. I ended up having to take a 0 for the test because of the technical difficulties caused by them. :D

There is no uniform procedures among the proctor. They all have miserable English and its common to hear background noises when they talk. I recently had one who needed to contact tech support, and tech support refused to call me, even though I asked many times. Unprofessional and unpredictable. Furthermore, they signed me out of my institutions website for no reason and I had to go hunt my old passwords A terrible experience.

It’s a pity there is no facility on this site for 0 stars, ProctorU would definitely get that score! I completed 3 exams using this and it was the most stressful experience! On one, the proctor took an hour to get me started (no problems at my end) on a 4 hour exam and on another, the proctor repeatedly messaged to tell me to keep my head within their screen view which was impossible as I had books and notes to refer to at the side of me. Our permitted materials meant that we could access the online books but my proctor turned off my ability to access these so it was a good job I had printed notes and books or I wouldn’t have coped! All in all, this system is horrendous and causes additional stress. I definitely feel that my marks have been affected. Allowing additional time to complete exams doesn’t really compensate for this as what happens at the beginning of the exam affects how you feel throughout it which is not fair. The feeling of being constantly watched for 3 or 4 hours is also unnerving. I hated every minute of this barbaric experience!

We don’t take testing we just take money! Would be a test slogan for the business for the fact that after I went through whole approval process and in middle of test, I was asked to leave by my proctor who was the one to loose connection not me and be the one to get him back online or I couldn’t finish. When I got done with the long process my session time was well waisted trying to get him back connected I only had little time with 3/4 of test to go. Then guy went on the assure me that if I rescheduled test I could just redo the same test, but when I did that test was invalid and had to buy whole new test. They would not refund me and they had nothing to do with the test so just know they do not care about you taking test. Now I know why y’all are and will always stay rated one star haha wish y’all took a test about how to run a business before I had to deal with whoever this sorry owner is. Take it in peace ✌️

Not only was my experience taking three exams nauseatingly uncomfortable, I had to deal with frustrating technical delays coming from their end that would impede the start of my test. Also, the invasive access to my computer was very uncomfortable as well. Communication and instruction from proctors is always delivered poorly. I hate that I have to test on this service yet again. Shut this site down.

Extremely bad experience when taking the exam. They are unaware of the exam rules. The first proctor confirmed that I am allowed a break during a 160 min exam and the exam has a break button present too. The second proctor , that is handed over the duties, for the second half of the exam denies any break. Also he doesn’t communicate fast , and I lost 20 mins of exam time due to this. Exam was taken on 19th Jan 2021, 4.30 pm GMT time

Awful service, and they trying to blame theire poor system issues on the clients and their internet speed or cpu when it's clearly theire fault due to the lack of quality. I have been having issues with them ever since my course began and today they have disconnected me due to the fact I have been trying to connect for my exam for about an hour which is always the same case every time I have am exam. Now I have to rebook my exam basically full of waste of time. I belive these sort of establishment should not be allowed to serve for educational purposes I don't trust there privacy policy as they are not professional at all. Our data may be under risk due to the fact that these companies our based on cheap labour. As result if this you can see the unprofessionalism and lack of quality.
