I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. The customer service is non-existent. Every time I emailed them they sent me a general message but never addressing the issue. Finally, I spoke to Manager Jeremiah who promised to return my call that day, but did not. The company sent me a message outlining what refund amount would be credited to my credit card and then credited me $40 less than what they agreed EVEN Though I had a document in writing. I will NEVER conduct business with Go-Optic.com online Optical Store again.

Almost a month and still dont have my glasses, tried to call customer service and they are trained to lie, first they said that the glasses were on their way 2 weeks after i ordered, called again and they said that they were gonna ship the day i called., Its been 3 weeks and 2 days and no communication from this shady company. I dont mind waiting i hate the lying. Stay away from this place...not good business

I got some expensive designer glasses from them. My lenses got a strange cloudiness to them and I had to have them re-done at a local place. The optician said this happens sometimes with inexpensive lenses. Will not go here for glasses again.

Don't use this company, I have really regretted it. My glasses were a fake remake of the real brand and very poor quality, despite me paying a considerable price. One of the arms was lobsided because the hinge was screwed into the frame at the wrong angle. When I brought it to a registered optician they said they were defective and this was a manafacturing fault, they suggested I return them as they could not fix them. When I returned them, go-optic denied any fault and have refused to give me a refund. Horrific customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I would say the customer service was HORRIBLE! Manager/supervisor Jeremiah was condescending and completely rude. I paid nearly $300 for glasses that were not even correct! DESEPTIVE AT BEST!

Very satisfied with my order. Will be back soon for another pair.

I ordered glasses several times from Go Optics & I love them. Got my glasses in one day with no problems at all, saved a lot of money too!
