Go-OpticReviews of go-optic.com

The frame I ordered came in three colors. I ordered gold; I received silver. I ordered transition lenses that darken in a brown shade; I received lenses that darken in a green shade. If you order glasses, be warned that no one at go-optic can read!

I have been looking for a particular pair of glasses in the gold color and saw go-optic.com had them. I got the original pair at target in black but needed an additional frame. I was nervous because of the awful bbb rating. However every time I called or chatted them they responded and were helpful. I sent a request to ensure they had this pair in stock in the right color. That was confirmed. So I went ahead and purchased. The glasses shipped that same day and I received them three business days later. The glasses are authentic. I compared them to my certified real ones. I’m so glad I had a good experience and I think if people contact the company and confirm they have their pair in stock they will have a better experience.

Terrible customer service i order sunglasses on their website 2 month ago haven't received it yet, they typically take 3-5 days to respond to emails, part of their terrible service is poor management, the sunglasses i was looking for was behind in production at the time of the order yet they had it discounted even that they had 2 month waiting time frame, i was told that my order is ''expected to ship on or around 2/6. An email will be sent once shipped with the tracking details provided.'' haven't got any emails so far or the product!!

Customer service is very unprofessional, liars and sleazy. DO NOT purchase from this company. They send me defective frames. after 2 weeks of wearing the frames (Gunnar/Vertex), the black color started to fade and the after 3 weeks the right arm broke. i sent it back after getting an RMA and they declined to fix it or replace it eventhough frames are still under the 1 yr warranty. the frames looks amazing but the quality is very poor. do not purchase from this company.

cant deliver glasses on time after weeks of waiting, then charges 10% cancellation fee on entire price before discount, has no courtesy at all, waste of time and money, never again.

I ordered a pair of glasses and was charged (transaction fully settled, not just authorized). I was e-mailed the following day after the transaction posted that the glasses were not in stock and that I should receive my refund within 3 business days. Fast forward to 8 business days later I call to follow up on my missing refund and I am being told it takes up to 10 days for go-optic to process a refund and additional time for my bank to process the refund.

Before I ordered the specific pair of glasses, I filled out a little form making sure the model and color were in stock at the time. They were so I went ahead and ordered them. No issues, great service. Glasses came in about a week and half later with perfect prescription.

I received a product with defects, so I returned it for the exchange, but I try to contact them by phone, but this is always busy and I also try to contact them by email and the answers are automatic without the specific information of the problem they caused.
