THX YOU KEPT MY SCRIPT ON FILE AND MADE IT EASY

Ordered a frame to fit existing lenses (broke old frame). Specified the size, paid for faster shipping. Order prep took nine days(!), so faster shipping was meaningless. Product received was not the size I ordered. Complained, got the response "this is the only size we have." Why was my order accepted at all? All calls to Go-Optic went immediately to VM; they never returned any, only responded to emails. Had to return product and re-order from another vendor who had no problem sending me the correct size. Spent three weeks of literal headaches wearing an old prescription because Go-Optic was cavalier about sending me unsuitable product. Won't be using them again.

This site had a wide selection and made shopping for eyeglasses simple.

I have just purchased a pair of glasses frames on your website. The ones I wanted were easy to find. I have not yet seen them, nor have I received them. All I can say at this point is that the website is clear and easy to use.

I am a career optical person; retired. I just needed to order a frame but looked over the website as I was curious about how easy it would be for a lay person to order glasses online. I think there is a good balance between managing a great deal of information and making it as easy as possible for someone, not versed in optical retailing, to correctly order prescription eye ware .
