Go-OpticReviews of go-optic.com

Am using Gooptic again despite slow delivery and lack of communication on last go around. I hope the service is better this time and will rate accordingly. I love the products they are able to deliver

Wonderful company

First place I was able to find my exact eye frame

Plan on paying a 15% restocking fee on all returns. They advertise easy returns, but it will cost you.

Good quality

So happy to have discovered GO-OPTIC. I placed an order during pandemic and naturally there was a significant delay due to supply chain issues. Chat line kept me informed as to expected delivery date which I really appreciated. Great prices, easy online order process and professional representatives. I just ordered an identical pair and am more than pleased...unbelievably, no price increase. WOW

I am so pleased to have found your site, I love my swissgear glasses and the nose piece breaks frequently. If these replacement nosepads work, you have a customer for life. Easy shopping experience and reasonably priced fast shipping options appreciated.

I had a pair of Swiss Flex sent for repair over 2 months ago. I could never actually speak to someone and got the same auto reply that it was being processed. My account was charged and still not shipped. Never again!!
