I found the price to be high for a frame that is almost discontinued, but I need it as a back up for my current one, you were the only ones with it in stock and despite the coupon, which I appreciated, it is still $40 over the price that I paid before.

I found the glasses that I like for a fraction of the cost the eye doctors office was going to charge. Finding and ordering the glasses on Go-Optic was easy. I had to call customer service to ask a question. The customer service representative was professional, polite and extremely helpful. For the amount of money I have saved, I would highly recommend Go-Optic!

I recently purchased frames and prescription lenses from GoOptic.com. I sent in my correct eyeglasses prescription, but when I received the new glasses, there was something wrong with the strength or curvature of the lenses. I felt dizzy and unbalanced wearing the new glasses. There was something wrong with the prescription, and it was very obvious. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn't do anything and I should go to my own personal eye doctor in person and have the new glasses checked out. I ordered from GoOptic.com because I don't have vision insurance, which means I don't have an eye doctor I can go to in person and have them figure out what is wrong with the glasses GoOptic.com sent me. This should be the responsibility of GoOptic.com. They made the lenses, and the prescription was obviously inaccurate from the prescription I had sent in. Instead of taking accountability, GoOptic.com was of no help at all. I ended up losing money because I returned the glasses for a refund. There is a restocking fee on the frames and the prescription lenses are non-refundable. I lost hundreds of dollars because of GoOptic.com.
