Hi Robyn- I'm so sorry the order went to the wrong company location! We had the location correct on the order, but the vendor who ships it from their warehouse used the wrong address since you have multiples in their system. They should have caught that and I apologize for the mistake. We have issued an RMA and your revised order was shipped FedEx and will arrive tomorrow. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Hi Lisa, Our web site states for this printer: "Availability: Due to supply chain issues, lead times will vary. LiveChat for an estimate." You probably saw that because you chatted with Linda who told you that "This printer qualifies for free ground shipping. I do want to make you aware that the printer is not in stock and current lead times are extended by several months. We do not have any Zebra printers in stock right now." We told you before you ordered that it would be several months before the printer shipped. We try our best to let our customers know about any supply chain issues BEFORE they order.
