Good communication. My only suggestion is to wait until the product has been received before pestering customers to submit a rating. I won't rate a company before I've actually received their product or service, and you should not pester customers to rate right after they submit an order.

I got what I ordered in a reasonable time frame.

***EDIT**** In being able to discuss further both sides of the situation, I am very pleased with how go-label was able to handle and help make resolving the issue as pleasant as possible, and I thank them for that!! Dealing with the the sales rep, Dave was very positive. He answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. Ordering the product through go-label was not so pleasant. The listing when I purchased said it would ship within 24-48 hours. Over a week later I had to contact the company about why I hadn’t gotten any notice of it shipping for them to tell me it’s backprdered until late November (about a month after I ordered). When I asked if my shipping could be upgraded to offset the delay since I did not know it was back ordered when I purchased it, they said they’d be happy to charge me for it. Kinda bummed that something that was not listed correctly is on me to get here as quickly as possible. Had I known it was a month out to begin with I wouldn’t care, but the fact that even if you go online to purchase one today (knowing that they are not in stock) it still says “will ship in 24-48 hours” .

There is no reason not to have the equipment that you need for your business be trusted Go Label for your best results and become please with their product
