Ordered $104.82 in women's multivitamin for my wife. GNC sent email a few days late saying it had been delivered to the front door. Got up from my PC and checked the front door. No Package? Called GNC and they said that sometimes the carrier marks it delivered before it is actually delivered and to wait a few days. I contacted them 4 days later and they filed an inquiry. A day late I got an email saying the package had been delivered and they could not refund or replace it. I live in a secure neighborhood and have had over a hundred packages delivered from Amazon and Ebay without any problems. They usually send a photo of the package on the door step. We have switched to Sam's Club Members Mark vitamins as a result after years with GNC.

Absolute Garbage. They are not responsible for shipped items that are undelivered. They have my money and I have no products. UNACCEPTABLE! This is after to customer support members told me a reship was on its way. I followed up twice only to be told a month later that its not their problem.

Worst company...they deliver damage product knowingly and when u ask for exchange they start giving bullshit excuses... don't buy gnc products it will make your health worst they are playing with young youths life .....n this to too the owner u wait n see how I wil take revenge for this .

Awful. They delivered my purchase (cost about $100) to the wrong address. When I raised the issue with customer service, they told me too bad, USPS said it was delivered. The same USPS notification said it was delivered to an address in another STATE. Initially the rep said that I should get a refund. Put me on hold and then came back to tell me I was out of luck. What a greedy, horrible company.

Ordered whey protein and GNC sent me an item that would expire shortly after receiving it. They refuse to do an exchange online, and they advised that I go to a store in-person to exchange it. They failed to let me know that their franchise locations can refuse to complete an exchange for my online order, so I wasted my time and gas attempting to do so. There is nothing stated on their website's return/exchange policy regarding franchise locations being able to refuse an exchange, and as I stated previously their customer service had advised me to go in-person without that disclaimer. I'm left with a soon-to-be expired product and wasted additional time and money getting no resolution from GNC.

Complete scam company. Orders product for ship from store, bogo 50% off, they only send you 1 product, they steal the other 50% that you sent them, they won’t refund or reshop the missing product. All this for a subpar product. Better off using Amazon, save money, get a better product, and shipping and customer service you can trust

I'd rate 0 if I could. I paid for a Pro membership largely due to the cash back. I went to the site just now to make a purchase with some of my cash back only to find out that this company was auto-redeeming my points without me ever redeeming them and then auto-expiring the rewards that I never redeemed in the first place, causing me to loose $30 in cash back rewards. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER pay for pro - they advertise cash back, then they steal your cash back by auto-redeeming and expiring the points without you ever asking them to and without knowing. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

The company can improve by bringing back the ready to drink lean shake 25 with sugar. who's idea was it to take them out and produce zero sugar ones. Why cant we have both? Even the one with sugar did not have a lot of sugar so what was going through ya minds? On top of that ya even change manufactures smh. I'm dissapointed. If you want to keep the zero sugar that's fine but why take away the regular one that did not have that much sugar. Bring it back and bring back the manufacturer who was making it before. Next time have samples so people can taste it before buying This is shitty.
