Was really looking forward to the bot, after all these good reviews. Being dissapointed and feeling scammed now. Have bought the 99$ option with cloud server. Unfortunately the bot is not working well. It has all the time some issues so You have to check up on the bot more frequently than You would on Your game account. No idea why the bot is named „good night” if You have to wake up every 2hours to check him up and fix. The support is trying already 1 week fixing it but with no success. Finally asked for the refund , as the support cannot fix the problem, and in the responsei was told that they will not do that. What more, when You buy the bot, You have to click that You tested the bot and its working, what can not be true because there is no trial for the bot on the cloud server. This is the way the avoid the refunds. Be careful guys and stay away from them.

The response from the GN Bots team is fast, and if I am not available to respond to their messages for a couple of hours or so, there is always someone available to respond to my query. The query is always dealt with efficiently.

Great communication, I was stressed and ready to quit, but it was sorted in 20 minutes. Also now understand more of what I have to look for when things go wrong. Thanks Nero and GN
