Hey Steven, It's great to hear that GnBots is saving you some time! We know exactly what its like to try and compete in game while also having a busy schedule, and thats actually how the Goodnight Bot was born. Work, school, life, family... the bot allows you to play while you're away! Thanks for your review. We look forward to working with you in live chat :)

Hey John, We completely agree! Most of our users like to play on their main account while using the bot to manage hundreds of other mini farm accounts that earn resources. Unless you can play all day every day & night, its hard to have enough time or energy to manage farms. Our bot never sleeps, never complains and never takes a day off. It's why the GnBot is the best mobile game bot on the market :) Thanks for your review! See you in game.

Hey Tonya, Thank you for such kind words. We do our best to provide a quick and professional live chat experience for our customers. Most bot companies use confusing forums and slow support times - we didn't think that was right, so we give our users the ability to speak live with the developers directly. Keep up the good work & as always, happy botting :)

Hey Samuel, We know the Farm Accounts service part can be confusing and we are currently trying to find a better approach. Right now we use Discord which is a 3rd party chat that is used for gamers. This lets us chat directly with our customers live vs having to use a forum method where you post and wait for an answer. While we know it's not perfect, we want our customers to be able to talk to our developers in real time to address any problems, issues or concerns they may have. You purchased 10 farm accounts in which we send you an email to private message our Accounts Manager who will work with you 1 on 1 to get them built in your location. If you can't locate him, within Discord if you tag any of the staff, we will be able to direct you to the appropriate person. I believe the Farm Manager assigned to your purchase is @Stryker Swyft who is great and one of our faster builders. If you need anything at all, or are still confused as to the next steps - please contact us at [email protected] - We will get you taken care of my friend. Rest assured, once you are up and running you will be competing with the best. Thank you for your patience and we sincerely appreciate your support.

Hey Orbs, Way to go! That's some solid botting right there. We agree, it can be addicting once you see the results! Automatically managing hundreds of farms that can be sold for a profit later? Yes please! Thanks for your review. We appreciate your support!
