GET it even if you are a noob
Its definitely hard to work around if you are a complete beginner. However true to their words, they are there to help not just siphon your money off. In fact Hentharia assisted me for close to 6 hours! Thank you again Hentharia!

Hentharia is one of our top full time support agents and we are certainly lucky to have him on the team. You're right, any new and advanced software can be overwhelming at first to learn, but thats why we commit so strongly to our support. We are also working on some preset features to try and make the initial setup easier for all going forward. Thank you for sticking with us and we sincerely appreciate your patience.
