Asked a random question in the help chat and they are there in seconds to help and have the correct answers! Would be super helpful if screenshot could be pasted in chat!

(Evony kings return) First of all I got a cloud set up, took for ever to set it up and once set up it joined 10 rallies a day, then I complained and after I worked with dev team to fix it, however we got it fixed it ran for 2 days then crushed, then you go from scratch and work with dev team and they fix it however it never ran more then 2-3 days without issue, I spent more time talking with dev team then how much it ran. Also cloud set up I should have not be doing this, then one of my accounts got zeroed due to bot crashing, and then back to square one, get the dev team they fixed it, it ran for 1 day and crashed again. Last problem they are asking me to fill out tickets, it's just not working....bad bot needs a lot of improvement...I spent $150 for 1 month, bot ran 7 days total n got 1 account zeroed from 4 ....good luck to all

Caliman was amazing and worked with me until all of my issues were resolved. I could have asked for anyone better to assist me!

I haven't started using the GnBots system yet to be honest, but the customer service prior to that has been impeccable. I spoke with their agent, Nero, on chat - he answered all my in-depth questions promptly and with great knowledge. I am very keen to try GnBots now! It is one thing to have strong software, but having the right customer service to back it is even more important!
