I had some specific questions about the bot before I purchased the mobile version. I used the online chat on the website to contact their support team. The response was very quick and they answered all of my questions. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the representative was. I'm looking forward to utilizing this service!

Does not allow export of data. When doing trial some features unavailable for trail so bought the package had less than 48bhours when cant do what I want, according to gnbots.No refund so stupid program took money and doesn't do what I needed it to and no refunds per gnbots. What a waste still never got my ip address either so half works anyways.

I've never had CS like this. Nero took time (and a lot of it) to properly explain all the steps and ended up setting up an instance for me to troubleshoot properly. Also hes just an incredibly nice person to talk to and knows his stuff. Thanks again mate!!
