NERO is next level for customer service. 99% of the time I get a response within a minute or two. The other 1% were more difficult requests or issues that took extra time to figure out. Even then, NERO immediately responds and gets started on my request. All along the way I am updated as to the progress. I have never had an issue that was not resolved within 24 hrs.
