Not worth it

DO NOT GET THIS. THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. THEY SAY IT TAKES LESS THAN 12 HOURS AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 18 HOURS. They do not effectively communicate. They send you to a discord channel and leave you there. Then they send you one comment after asking for your username and password. They don’t give you a timeframe or anything. I politely asked for a refund. They say no sorry you agreed to terms of services. You don’t get your money back. I have not even been set up or used one minute of their service. SO BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR!

Hey Mava, Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the setup service. Not to worry though as having done hundreds of these this month alone, I am confident we can get you going as well! For this review, you are referring to the Optional $49.95 Bot Setup Addon that you purchased separately to have 20 accounts set up by our staff on your cloud server. Your Bot Server login itself (the actual bot) was sent only 1 hour after your purchase. This is what we guarantee in 12 hours. You joined set setup chat at 11:07pm (the night for our setup staff in the USA) At 9:36am (10 hours later) we replied to you to start the setup. The setup service is not guaranteed in 12 hours. Instead all lost time taken from the start of your purchase to the completion of the setup is added back onto your subscription, so you lose no time. Estimated completion time on the setup service for 20 game accounts is 24-48 hours. Your subscription time starts as soon as the setup is complete, not when you purchased. This is why are Setup Service is such a popular option and has helped us grow to have tens of thousands of users running the software at this very moment on the bot servers. Please reply to us in the Setup Discord and we will get those accounts setup for you as promised. Otherwise we are more than happy to refund your optional setup addon so you can run the Bot Server yourself instead. Just let us know! Thanks and we look forward to working with you.

Issues are now gone, super happy.
I was having huge issues and we worked on it for quite a long time, but Nero stuck with it and we got everything working perfectly. I am very impressed and super happy. I didn't think it was possible. So I'm just a happy customer now!
