Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you've experienced throughout the installation process. We understand that delays and technical issues can be quite challenging, and we want you to know that we take your concerns seriously. It's important to us that you know we have done everything within our power to expedite the process of getting your system turned on. While Xcel, the utility company, was responsible for the delay in the MPU upgrade, we have worked diligently to pull every string we could in order to speed up the process. We also want to acknowledge and express our gratitude for your patience during this time. As a token of our appreciation, we have reimbursed you for your first loan payment. Regarding the issue with your inverter, we are aware of the situation and are actively working on providing a replacement.
