Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. We take all customer feedback seriously and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that you are frustrated that your roof did not pass the additional tests that our installers conducted, despite it appearing to be suitable during the initial site survey. We want to assure you that our main priority is ensuring the safety and quality of our installations, and we will not install solar panels on a roof that does not meet our standards. If you still wish to have solar panels installed on your roof, we can provide you with a waiver that releases us from any liability related to the condition of your roof. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a review about your recent experience with our company. We are disheartened to hear that many elements of your experience were disappointing. Can you please provide us with the full name of this account is under?

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Can you please provide the name on the account? UPDATE: Thank you for providing us with your name so that we may research your account. We performed a careful review of your account. While our company does perform site surveys, our site surveyors have a limited function. Our site surveyors submit the information to our engineers. It is our engineers who determine if an MPU is needed. In your case, our engineers have determined that an MPU is needed in your situation. We have sent you a change order. It appears that you have refused to sign the change order. We will arrange to have the Sales Rep reach out to you to discuss the matter.

Initially, we would like to thank you for proving us with the name on the account. we appreciate all feedback whether positive or negative so that we may make every effort to improve processes. The issues you raised in your review referenced the company that performed the installation pursuant to their own contract. Specifically, you referenced INF energy in your review. While you did enter into a separate agreement with INF energy, we at Glyde Solar will certainly our best good faith effort to reach out to leadership at INF energy on your behalf. Ultimately, it is the objective of Glyde Solar to ensure that all our customers are happy with the service they receive. While you did not reference any action on the part of Glyde Solar that caused you any distress, we are willing to do everything we can to intervene for you. We thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
