Good morning, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it must be, especially with repeated delivery failures and delays when you urgently needed the part. What you’ve described, particularly the “delivery attempted” notifications without any actual attempt and the lack of follow-up from customer service, is very concerning. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we take it seriously. We’d like to make this right as quickly as possible and will follow up with an additional information request.
