I bought the Glorious Model I2 Wired mouse and loved the way it was pretty quickly on its own, however there were some issues that required customer support's input. Some firmware wasn't quite up to snuff, but they were very helpful in finding a workaround fix until the bugs could properly be patched. I find out later an update got rolled out that addressed and fixed a lot of the issues I brought to their attention. Customer support was helpful throughout the entire process. I would ABSOLUTELY buy from Glorious again.
