This is the best brand I ever talked with. First of all the support team is amazing, even if they did could have not fixed your problem they will try their hardest to find the problem. Second of all they make their products with care because even if the item is expensive you get pure gold for gamers because the items feels rich and amazing to play with.

The support team at Glorious went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I reached out, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything quickly and with zero hassle, even when I made a mistake during the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand by their products. Experiences like this make a huge difference, and I’m honestly really impressed by how smooth and supportive everything was.

I am really happy with my keyboard and the customer service is nothing I have experienced before, I suddenly had a key breake on me on the first time I used it, it was the arrow key and I hadent touched it since I got the keayboard a few months ago. And the first time I used it to adjust volume it broke on me. The base broke and wouldn’t connect to the keyboard. And u sent in a support mail asking if it was anything they could do and in no joke 3 HOURS I got a answer asking if the details was still right so they could send me a full new set of the keys I ordered for my custom keyboard and that they were sorry and asked if it was anything else they could do for me. So yeah, great keyboard and the best service I have experienced, they take care of there customers and make sure the price is worth it

Amazing customer support! My glorious model O has had a couple issues, and they have been incredibly helpful both times. First, my chord went bad, and they sent me a new one, for free, within about a day of me emailing them. The second time, my side button broke, so I needed to get that fixed. I emailed them hoping for a fix or replacement part, and instead, they offered to send me a whole other mouse that is BETTER than the one I have. That's awesome! They're also very quick on their replies, typically taking about an hour or two. Compared to other companies I've had to deal with, where you can go a day or two without a response, that's pretty awesome.

Incredible quality products. Got a 60% keyboard and Model D, both in white, the quality and color has held up as if new. The feel and clicking of every button still feels new, I’m not even sure how it’s possible but the customer service is as good if not better than the quality.
