Elyka was very helpful when responding to my email to support regarding an order that never arrived due to being damaged in transit. This was my first order and won't be my last. Customer service is fast and friendly.

What I didn’t like was that I had a shipping issue and UPS was awaiting a response back from the company which left me in limbo with my purchase for two weeks. I reached out via email and that was a dead end on numerous occasions. I tried the chat and the virtual assistant brought some relief and then I spoke with a real person. Elyka came to the rescue and rectified my situation. He or she (not sure of the sex) was very caring and understanding. They felt my frustration and wants and is making my issue right. I hope that this shipping goes smoothly this time around so that I can see what the hype is and enjoy my purchase! Elyka, thanks again for the assist as it means a lot!
