I had an issue with my order so fired off an email for help and within a few hours I had a swift response and solution to my problem. The service response was swift, Rio was very helpful and friendly and within a couple of days my order was with me. I was very impressed by their efforts to solve my issue so quickly! As for the lip balm and miracle cream, I’m loving them! The lip balm is by far superior to your standard high street (even branded) lip balms and leave my lips feeling well moisturised. The miracle cream is smooth, well absorbing and I don’t need to apply a lot as it spreads so well. Thank you Rio! I will be back once I need a restock.

I'm feeling so glo-y today because of RIO! My Melanin bundle experienced a lost through transit and I was feeling down while trying to remain hopeful. Long story short it didn't arrive and I received GLO-Y news that a new order was processed TODAY! Rest assured I was going to repurchase BUT this blessing has made me a LIFETIME customer.
