I have been using Glo Melanin for more than a few years now. I love the Turmeric soap and scrub and the Vitamin E oil. Today I was able to consult with Elyka about the Yoni wash Lol I’m on my last bottle and haven’t been able to get it due to it being discontinued but she was able to direct me to a solution and I love that she was really helpful. Proud Glo Melanin customer. Just want to say keep up the good work.

At first, I didnt get my order, and it took a while for them to get back to me, but they resent it, so I'm very excited to try it when it arrives.

I reached out to Glo Melanin to cancel my recurring subscription. I am satisfied with the products, but currently I have more than enough and didn't want to continue getting more products auto-shipped when it will take me a while to start using them (there are some non-Glo Melanin products I already had that want to use up first). Rio provided great customer service and was able to cancel my subscription for me. When I am ready for more Glo Melanin products, I will be back to order them! The reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to send a follow-up email before I got a response however it was Labor Day that week so response times could have been delayed due to the holiday. I also wish there was a way to order more than one quantity of a product (because I order for both my sister and myself) without having to lock into a subscription (but it can be paused or canceled at any time). Thanks Rio and Glo Melanin!

Had an issue with billing. I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitable way that Rio assisted me!

They did their best to get me my missing package! They ended up reshipping it no additional cost! The person who helped me, their name is Elyka! She did such a good job and tried her best to resolve the issue! One thing I would complain about is the AI’s constantly taking the place of the human agent or just getting in the way lol!

The item arrived in a timely manner. It has done what it claims - reduced ingrown hairs and dark spots. Thanks again to Glo Melanin.

So I wanted to follow up on my last review for this company. They had many issues with the shipping process for my order but they were able to come back and fix it and even sent me something free for the inconvenience!
