Glo MelaninReviews of glomelanin.com

Super responsive and quick resolution of my issue. Andddd, it was actually my fault for giving the wrong address for the package to be mailed to in the first place. Elyka was quick and super helpful in resolving the issue and re-mailing my package to my current address! Thank you so so much!

Elyka helped with my issue with no sweat! She was very helpful when I needed help pertaining to my order. Thank you Elyka for a wonderful customer service! 👏

I didn’t pay attention when checking out and accidentally set myself up for a subscription AND I had my delivery sent to my former address. Rio in customer service was excellent in helping me correct my wrongs. Will definitely be ordering again

I ordered several skincare items, and when my package arrived, I noticed that two items were missing. I emailed customer service, and Rio responded almost immediately! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quickly provided me with a tracking number for the missing items. I really appreciate how fast they resolved the issue and the excellent customer service. It's so reassuring to know they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Rio, for making the experience so easy and stress free!

I just made my first purchase with Glo, and I'm looking forward to using it for the first time. I also wanted to share that Glo's customer service has been fantastic in assisting me with my concerns during my order, and got it handled right away, thanks to Rio. Rio, thank you again for your amazing service! I really appreciate how quickly you responded to my needs.

So I wanted to follow up on my last review for this company. They had many issues with the shipping process for my order but they were able to come back and fix it and even sent me something free for the inconvenience!
