I had heard about this type of light therapy and I’m glad I decided to order the product. It came promptly and when there was an overcharge for something I hadn’t wanted the company restored my money to my card.

Great customer service provided by Kimberly. Like a few others on the review I was charged for a VIP membership which I did not order. Kimberly quickly issued a refund to me for that service.

I ordered an LED mask for my sister, which she loves. When I was checking out, though, a link appeared for a VIP membership. I did not want the membership, but it was added to my cart. I reached out to the customer service folks at the easily accessible email address, and my concern was addressed immediately. What great, efficient, and cordial service! I’m so impressed with the professionalism of this company!

The mask didn't work for me as I have a small face, so I felt suffocated while wearing it. It did make a huge difference with my acne which is why I tried so hard to make it work. When I finally made the hard decision to return it, the service I received was OUTSTANDING! The Customer Service team is really amazing. Amongst the best I have delt with in many years.
