This is my first venture into using a mobile hot spot. I was a bit wary of paying subscription fees, but the stacked data minutes option appealed to me. My new-ish minivan wants a certain amount of WiFi interaction and I want hassle-free access to email without burning down my cell phone data minutes. But where Globlinker really shines is prompt, efficient customer service. I asked for and got a PDF (email attachment) of the user manual. The manual was enclosed in the package, but after cataract surgery, I couldn't comfortably read it. They also kicked in some stacking data for the inconvenience. I let the device charge overnight and I'm looking forward to using it as I travel to dog obedience competitions in the Mid-Atlantic area of the U.S., where there is often no WiFi connectivity available. I don't plan to stream music or video games, so I expect my Globlinker to be an efficient way to keep in touch whenever I need to.

I was skeptical at first of its international 4G service. I took the risk and bought the device and converted the data for Japan use. The service in Japan specifically in Tokyo, bullet train, subways, Kyoto, Osaka, and at the airport are superb. I did not need to buy a local eSim. I highly recommend this device specifically if you travel a lot.

Very happy with my experience so far. Easy to set up and use and great connection. Lots of free data to start (10GB in the beginning then 2GB monthly thereafter). Excellent customer service!

My wife and travel in her RV, and sometimes our cellphone coverage can be spotty (both on US Cellular). So when I learned of Globlinker's device, I knew I had to try it. With a money back guarantee I had nothing to lose. So I placed my order; it took a bit longer than advertised. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly. Apologies were made (they were selling fast) and a promise to look into it. The next day my tracking number showed movement. Charlie (customer service) said he'd add some data to my plan for the wait. It arrived soon thereafter, and I had to try it. It works very well, delivering its best speed depending on the strength of the signal. If you travel in the US or in other countries, having the Globlinker is an easy choice. The free bandwidth (MORE than enough for calls and text) and no contract, and amazing customer service, there's no reason not to take this traveling! A very happy customer!

I love my GlobLinker! I do quite a bit of traveling (pleasure) and found that I needed a wifi device which would be easy to use as well as inexpensive. I've purchase 3 other non-GlobLinker devices which are now in the recycle bin. I've tested GlobLinker and it works great! I now have wifi in areas where wifi was previously inaccessible. I love the fact that GlobLinker utilizes the strongest cell tower. No more worries of which cell tower I should be connecting to. Thank you to the GlobLinker team for a great product!

I use a lot of Hotspot and when Verizon had the outage I really wanted a reliable back up. Globlinker is really well priced both for the device and the plans! I love being able to get a lot of data that is good all year so I can use it how I need it. The customer service is outstanding!!
