I've only received one box so far but I absolutely love it. I love that you can see where it came from and the artisans that are producing the goods! I've had no issues with delivery as others have stated. I ordered some add ons for 2 months now and they arrive promptly! The only issue I've had is with the web site, it boots me off and I have to re login but otherwise I'm pleased! I cannot wait to get this month's box!

I’m giving Globein four stars because I do think they are trying to fulfill orders even with the COVID challenges. I did have something weird show up on my account and I received an answer to my inquiry in less than 24 hours. I think the last year has been so challenging for everyone. But I do think they’re trying. I’ve enjoyed my boxes so far. I think just a little patience is needed.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with Globein. I know some people have had issues with breakage but every package I've gotten has been wrapped really well. Customer service sometimes takes a while but they have always fixed my issues. I have found the products to be worth whatever hassle I have to deal with. They have had some weird shipping issues (incorrect invoices, wrong products delivered) but CS had been helpful in sorting those out.

I have been a member for a year now and so far I haven't had any problems. Of course I have had shipments come late, but that is all due to COVID. I've gotten some really nice items that I wouldn't have found anywhere else and I like that I am helping women in other countries make a living.

GlobeIn brings hand made items to consumers giving the craftspeople a chance to make a living. You may be able to find similar items in stores such as Home Goods but in a documentary by Nobel Peace Laureate Kalaish Satyarthi it’s shown many of the items are made by child laborers. I am glad to support GlobeIn and the good work they do to support independent people work their way to self sufficiency.

I’m giving a medium review because this group started out before the pandemic and got it perfect!!! Great stuff and lovely responses. When trouble hit it rightfully fell apart with all the connections they needed to make in other parts of the word. Now things are better again starting to receive on time and same lovely responses. I haven’t received all my back orders but they are coming in daily now. The work this group does for others in the world is wonderfully and full of grace. That’s why I give them a good rating and will stick with them one more year fully.

Although it takes a long time to receive orders, I love the products I have received from GlobeIn! The hand blown glassware is gorgeous!

I love the boxes and the add-ons that are available. Some items are a little expensive (for me), but overall a good experience and have had no issues.
