Have nothing but good experiences with GlobeIn. Despite delays, my family and i have enjoyed every product. It is noticable they are catching up on shipments as I received my last box on time. The customer service team must have been bombarded but I have noticed they are emailing back sooner! They are wonderful. Things are looking up for GlobeIn and I cannot wait for my March Box!

I'm loving each box. The items are beautiful and useful. Can't wait til I receive another box. Could we get a box for gardeners.

I enjoy my items very much. Baskets are beautiful. Love them so well made. The only down side some of my order items are taken a long time to come in. Got a double box . I ended up w/3 boxes of same. Might have been my mistake. Emailed I have no idea how to return might be just as easy to keep it.

I have had issues but they have all been cleared up in the last six weeks. My orders were caught up, my last box arrived on time. Most importantly, I have LOVED every item! And some of those times are now my favorite things in the house I’m stuck in—looking at you Malika mugs, macrame plant holder and tiny hand-painted watering can! So stay patient, I think they are solving or have solved their supply/shipping issues. The goals and the work they are doing deserves our patience, which I know is hard right now.

i love this subscription service! all of the artisan made goods i’ve ever received were great quality and such beautiful pieces as well! the customer service is great and the response time is very fast! would highly recommend this as a gift for someone who loves to travel but maybe can’t due to COVID or other restrictions! 10/10 :)

Love the products, they are all artisanal made and they have a story behind them. The value per box is amazing, I only pay $45 per box and I receive 4-5 items every month, plus their customer service is wonderful.

First off, every ethically made item is of the highest quality. Everything is well crafted and holds up even with multiple cleanings. I love receiving my box every month and it always arrives very well packaged. I've never had a broken product thanks to how well it's boxed up. The book that comes with it is very detailed with where and how my items were made and is lovely- you don't even have to gift wrap it if you give it as a present. Every month there are several themes to choose from and there is always something that catches my eye. I really like how there is literally something for everyone, and if for whatever reason you don't want one of the themes you can skip the box and have the credit rolled over to your next box. From jewelry to baking to gardening- everything you could want to dress yourself or your home is here! And I love how the artisans receive a fair and investable wage!!!! 10/10 stars I love this company!!!
