I’m new to subscription boxes, did a lot of looking around for a box I would like. I’m absolutely in love with the items I’ve received. It took me a bit to figure out how to navigate the sight, and did receive a set of broken glasses. I contacted customer service and the glasses were replaced. I’m loving my subscription!❤️

I love Globein. You get items from around the world that you wouldn't have even had the chance to see otherwise . Every month you get to choose from a variety of boxes.

Love these products! Although sometimes the shipping takes longer, that wouldn’t be something the company can control. Anytime I have had a problem (like paying duties on the items or broken items) I have had responses from customer service within 24 hours! The last time my water pitcher was in many small pieces. I had a replacement within 2 weeks! Love getting these surprises!!

I had been billed incorrectly for an order, the ordering system added my credit instead of subtracting it. This is the Thank you note I sent the knowledgeable Customer Service Rep that helped me. Thank you for your response, Fiona. I really appreciate your candor and taking the time to "lay it all out for me". It helped me tremendously! I wanted to drop you a quick note telling you how much I appreciate you. I have never, ever, had a Customer Service Rep turn around a request, without excuses or an automated response notification, acknowledging a "hiccup" in an online ordering process, notifying me as quickly as you did with resolution to the problem. I appreciate your quick and thorough research, understanding of your online ordering system and process, prompt response acknowledging the situation, clearly explaining the issue and immediately correcting the problem. You are a "breath of fresh air," in an otherwise difficult situation. You stand out and are a blessing to your field of service and the company you work with. I have received 2 boxes so far and the items are amazing and I love the card that tells where each item was made and by who with pictures !!

I recently purchased three items from the Globein shop, all of which arrived quickly and in great condition. All of the items I received were good or excellent quality and the sale prices were very reasonable. I admire their business model, I am pleased with my purchases and would definitely purchase items from them again. To be clear these were not items from a subscription box, I don’t subscribe to that service.

I started purchasing from GlobeIn several months ago. I am pleased with the items I received, and I feel the quality is very good. All items were packaged securely and arrived in good time. I like supporting their cause and I sincerely hope this level of service continues. I will purchase again.

I am a subscriber here for years from now. They are simply superb and amazing overall.
