Lost my package and told me to contact the merchandise provider or usps (couldn’t give me any accurate information in regards to my package other than the fact they had it in their possession) wish I could give a 0 star.

They lost my package and basically told me to call the offices in Hong Kong (I'm in Florida) to get answers, as they couldn't be bothered. One of a kind items in the package and just canned email responses. DO NOT USE IF THE ITEM YOU ARE SENDING IS IMPORTANT!!!

Inaccurate Tracking and Delivery Failure
I am writing to complain about the extremely poor tracking and delivery experience with your Epost service.
I am a retired U.S. Army logistics officer. Throughout my career I managed complex supply and distribution operations, including tracking shipments under difficult conditions—including combat environments where systems were degraded and packages sometimes had to be tracked manually. Even under those circumstances, we maintained better visibility and accountability than what I have experienced with Epost.
The tracking system provided through your service has been a nightmare. It provided little useful information and did not accurately reflect the status of the shipment. After submitting approximately half a dozen requests for status updates, I finally received a response from Epost customer service informing me that the package had been sitting at a Dominican Republic post office for a week waiting for pickup.
This information directly contradicts earlier correspondence from Epost representatives who explicitly stated that the package would be delivered to my address. At no point was I informed that I would need to retrieve the package myself.
This breakdown in communication and tracking created unnecessary delays and inconvenience. A tracking system should provide clear, timely, and accurate updates

Global post SUCKS!
Global post SUCKS!
We ship 100-150 packages every month. We are pretty good at it too.
I recently shipped two packages with similar items (hobby parts) from Nebraska to two different cities and addresses in BC Canada. Used Stamps.com and apparently they went via GlobalPost in Carol Stream, IL.
First package received by the customer contained a wooden carved dildo. We don’t sell dildos. After peeling off Globalposts label, it showed a label addressed to an Ivan in Romania.
2nd package received by another customer was of a bunch of football trading cards and under the global post “relabel” was the original label to Carmelo in Australia. We also don’t sell trading cards.
After screwing around for a couple hrs trying to make sense on the phone with a shitty connection, there was zero understanding of the issue and less than zero help from GlobalPost.
Even my local USPS postmaster said GB sucks.
Many other posts say the same thing.
GlobalPost:
A shitty company with shitty service and shitty support.

Low Expectations, High Standards Met.
I was expecting the worst case scenario after reading the reviews of people who had apparently done business with GlobalPost. Complaints like missing packages, terrible customer service, snail-pace delivery, damaged goods etc.
If customers within US borders, and where GP is situated, are having this terrible service, (I thought) then where does that leave customers like me resident 'down under'?
In my mind, I was already thinking of filing a complaint with whatever agency in the US provides oversight to courier companies - that's if there was one (LOL). That's to tell you how much my mind was already made up about my product coming through them.
However, after I spoke with one of their customer service agents, all the pent-up negative energy (from the 1-star reviews here) just dissipated. She gave me a USPS tracking number and within a few seconds, I saw my item in transit.
Note: the 5-star given is because my experience was different, in a positive sense, from what I read here about the mostly bad impression people have had with them.
Did I get lucky?

Its also STAMPS dot COM fault ..
I use Stamps.com. They have a selection among UPS, USPS, Global Post, and others (FEDEX etc) ..I mostly use UPS (extremely low rates), and for two packages, I SELECTED USPS.. I CLICKED on USPS, but somehow the printed label came with Global Post's address.. I shipped both packages to Europe on December 30th..Today, Jan. 28th... In transit for 15 days and showing now in NJ... They are TRASH ... Anyway, I had to call Stamps three times to disable the feature regarding GB... So, bottom line : You pay more with USPS ...but when the default is GLOBAL POST ...which they are cheaper.....You still pay for USPS prices... So, who keeps the difference??????

Trash, never use global post
No information about package, abysmal delivery time (I’ve been waiting for over a month now), customer support sucks, the status of my parcel hasn’t changed since 12 days ago
